By engaging with my middleman services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the service.

1. Description of Service

This service acts as a neutral third party to facilitate secure transactions between two or more individuals involving:

  • Game accounts (e.g., Steam, Epic Games, Riot, etc.)
  • Digital in-game items (e.g., skins, keys, currencies, etc.)
  • Steam items and inventories
  • Any type of digital accounts (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

The goal is to ensure both parties fulfill their part of the agreement fairly and safely.

2. Scope of Responsibility

As the middleman, I will:

  • Verify and temporarily hold the item(s)/account(s)/funds from one or both parties.
  • Ensure both parties meet the agreed-upon conditions before completing the exchange.
  • Facilitate communication and provide assistance during the transaction process.

⚠️ Important: I do not verify the long-term integrity, future accessibility, or ownership history of game accounts. Once the trade is completed, the transaction is considered final.

3. Fees and Refund Policy

  • A middleman fee is charged per transaction. This fee must be paid before the trade begins unless otherwise agreed.
  • The fee compensates for my time, service, and the secure handling of the transaction.
  • All fees are strictly non-refundable, including in cases where either party elects to cancel the transaction after it has commenced, except in the event that I am unable to fulfill the service as agreed.

4. Identity and Verification

  • Both parties must clearly identify themselves and confirm trade terms before proceeding.
  • I reserve the right to decline or cancel a transaction at any time if suspicious behavior, impersonation, or scam attempts are detected.

5. Recording and Documentation

  • For transparency and dispute resolution, all transactions may be recorded (e.g., via chat logs, screen recordings).
  • Upon request, either party involved in the transaction may be shown the recording for verification purposes.

6. No Liability

  • I am not responsible for:
    • The original ownership or legitimacy of the items/accounts being traded.
    • Post-trade issues, such as reclaimed accounts, chargebacks, bans, or revokes.
    • Any external factors that disrupt the trade (e.g., server issues, user disconnections, platform bans).

You use the service at your own risk and agree to hold me harmless from any resulting loss or dispute.

7. Refusal of Service

  • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time before the payment, without obligation to provide a reason.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • In the rare case of a disagreement, I will review all evidence and recordings to make a fair and final decision.
  • Continued harassment, threats, or abuse will result in termination of service and may be reported to relevant platforms or authorities.

9. Amendments

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes when applicable.

By using my middleman services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
