Transparency and safety
I record everything related to the transaction. That means every conversation, every money or item transfer etc.
To ensure extra security, I use a dedicated notebook solely for providing my middleman services.
How transactions are done
Usually I work like this:
1. The fee is paid.
2. Seller sends me the goods or account login details, where I double check and confirm (on live stream) with the buyer if everything is as it should be. In case of an account I temporarily change email and login details.
3. The buyer pays the seller directly and records it to have a proof of payment.
4. After the seller confirms payment
I send the goods to the buyer or give him access to the account where he can change email and login details to his/hers.
Terms of service
1. I reserve the right to decline providing the service without explanation.
2. I have the right to be provided with all necessary information about the trade.
3. By paying the fee, you acknowledge that it compensates for my time and the safe handling of the transaction, so all fees are non-refundable unless I am unable to provide the service properly.
